Pete Phillips Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 I, too, tried to phone Terry Harkin and wanted to send him some of my rods to be babbitted a couple of months ago, and found the phone disconnected. I have a feeling he may have retired and closed the shop, but I really don't know. He always did good work for me at a reasonable price.
