Been there myself, working on my 1928 Durant and doing a frame off restoration. A lot of work, but makes you feel good to get these old gals restored back to their former beauty!

I know you pain/enjoyment! I’ve past the wood hurdle and I’m on the sheet metal repairs which are small. Running gear is just about done minus finishing the wood wheels and dropping in the motor trans. My 32’ Olds to this point has been a very enjoyable, rewarding restoration, I expect that enjoyment will only get better with it’s completion. I’m following your thread with that same sort of pleasure.
