Looks like a American Austin Bantom.  I'm not too familiar but I would guess 1938.  Even in the condition it's in  someone will want it.

I could make room in my garage for it. Bob

You could probably make room in the KITCHEN for it as they are quite small. A friend of mine had five of them in his two car garage.

The hood screen threw me........about 12 hp?

Ya, I noticed that screen too, had to do a double take.   I think they peak out at 14 HP.   They are fun to drive and have good lines .

Love those little cars. Don't they have just two main saddles for the crankshaft?

And, what is a "hood screen?" Sorry...just don't know that term.

The hood screen is the area on the side of the hood where they removed the vertical louvers and installed a screen material.

The 1930 - 1932 cars had larger horizontal louvers while the 33 - 34 had  the vertical louvers as posted above.   The American Austin had 2 main bearings.  The later Austin Bantams had a much superior 3 main engine.
