hursst Posted April 16, 2017 Share Posted April 16, 2017 I would start by trying to find what it looked like originally, then you or others would be able to see what materials or process may be best to restore it. It looks like it is missing a clear plastic cover or maybe it was just all paint? A better photo may help as well, try to take a photo of it outside in daylight so folks can see the rest of it.
