What Is It? Either a Packard or a Buick from 1928

My initial thought was Packard, but I'm just not familiar enough with them to be sure, especially without being able to see the shape of the grille.  All responses appreciated.

Me too, Packard was first thought.  Mostly due to once owning the rear half of a late 20s Packard roadster body.  I see some familiar lines on this coupe.

Could be a 1928 Packard Six.

Head lights are wrong  to be a Buick,the big fot step on the rear fender looks 1928  Packard.

Earlier Packard seems to have that fot step in front of the rear fender.
