Wanted Lighted/Motion Signal Indicator

Now THAT is an intriguing piece! Can you explain how it works? Is that a mirror lower down?

Yes, it's a mirror. I believe that the bulb in the middle finger illuminates when moved or roatated to signal a turn. I unfortunately haven't been able to handle one so I'm not entirely sure of the movement component. Any help would be appreciated!

Used to see the mechanical Hand signals, although not as elaborate as that one, on buses and trucks years ago here in Oz. Maybe direct your enquiry to a truck/bus forum?
