Guest Martys LA Auto
Hello All - I'm working on a little video project documenting the restoration of a 1968 Buick Riviera and would like to show vehicle in it's original form for historical purposes. If anyone out there has any sales material / magazine ads / any type of advertising that features the vehicle, I would need 300dpi jpegs, tiffs, or pdfs. Will pay $10-15 dollars per file. Thanks folks!
John_S_in_Penna
Marty, here's a less expensive way to get what you need: The AACA Library in Hershey, Penna. has old ads, catalogues, etc. from numerous cars, and undoubtedly has some '68 Riviera material. They also are also custodians of information, I believe, from the Buick Heritage Alliance. They could get you the information you need. AACA members receive a certain amount of free research with their annual membership; there is a small cost for scans; and with the Alliance, I don't know whether there would be a charge or not. Let us know how you make out with your project!

John_S_in_Penna
Surely it would be a good road trip; but even better, they can do it for you while you sit in your armchair at home. The cost would be very small, I'm sure. And if you (possibly) have to join AACA to obtain the library's services, it's only $35 for a year with an excellent magazine and other benefits. The library's phone number is (717) 534-2082. Edited March 23, 2017 by John_S_in_Penna (see edit history)
