Hubert_25-25 Posted March 14, 2017 Share Posted March 14, 2017 Peter, I doubt if the restoration supply version will fit your car. The restoration supply version is 2" and 18 TPI. My 1925 Buick fill nozzle is a hair larger than 2" (2.080"), and 16 TPI. Since a Marquette is a Buick, there were at least 2 sizes of these, maybe more. My 1925 standard has the just over 2" fill nozzle, and in 1926, they used the Master fill nozzle size of 2 3/8". Not sure if this size lasted to 1930. Please list your fill nozzle OD, and best if you used a micrometer. Attached is a link to how to locate the correct cap that I have used. You may need to make a new calculation, but hopefully you can see how this works.
