Need Clips for my Chrome

[1939 President]

I need the clips that hold the stainless steel side trim on the doors,fenders etc. The parts book calls them "Moulding Fastener". Studebaker part numbers are 1574X or 1575X, used on 1939 Commander & President and 1939 & 1940 Champion. Need a total of 45 clips.

Try Restoration Specialties.  You can probably find some which will work if not the original style.

I haven't researched it anymore, but quite confident I can find something that will work, just may not be the same style as mentioned above.

Thanks for the reply I spent some time looking but did not find anything I am still looking I will have a closer look at Restoration Specialties  I have a bunch of extra trim that I stripped the clips from today many of them still solid. 

I am soaking them in molasses and water for a month then going to have a better look at them then.
