Brass is Best
They are all outstanding including the garage behind them.
zipdang
I'd say proud owner on the right, freeloading brother-in-law on the left, and no doubt a patient chauffeur in the background. Electric in the back?
28 Chrysler
The center car could be the wife's Detroit or Baker.

nzcarnerd
On the right maybe an Alco? On the left maybe a Locomobile? Both circa 1911.
Brass is Best
They appear to have 1914 Ohio License plates.
1937hd45
Henry Austin Clark found this ALCO in a junk yard here in town in the late 1940's, it is in the Nethercutt Collection today. Bob
nzcarnerd
If that is an Alco on the right I think the date is more likely 1913 as it has the side lights in the front of the cowl and electric head lights.
Spinneyhill
Keiser31's Baker has the headlights mounted higher and back further and a different door handle to the OP.
Dave Henderson
Rauch and Lang a possibility for the electric.
Brass is Best
I'm certain those are 1914 Ohio plates.
keiser31
I show an early Baker. Some of the later ones had the carriage lamps and lower mounted headlamp. The bodywork looks about the same (mostly the different levels of the horizontal reveals) and you can see that the hood looks the same. I know....a lot of the different makes looked alike. They have different door handles, but they are both suicide doors. A few makes went from stirrup (carriage) handles to "T" handles. Rausch and Lang and other electrics seem to all have a single horizontal reveal or at least all one level. lump
So, kindly bring me up to date, gentlemen. Is it decided for sure that the car on the left is a Locomobile, and the car on the right is an Alco? I understand that the one in the middle is a Baker Electric. LOVE this forum!
Dosmo
For what it's worth, the photo file called the big cars a couple of Speedwells.
