Series 11A Floorboard Screws and Washers

A couple of questions about the screws and washers that were used originally to hold the floorboards in my Franklin Series 11A. This diagram is from the parts manual. I've put an arrow to the screw and washer, and then indicated those items in the listing of parts. Does anyone know:

 

What is an "O H cap screw" (item #1) ?

 

What is a "Willard washer" (item #2) ?

Willard Washer - US Patent # 937199

The O. H. most likely means Oval Head.  The screws  that I supplied to the Club are 5/16 x 24 X1.5" and fit later cars.

Ahh - never thought to look at patents for it - so it's what I would call a Cup Washer...

Thanks - that's it. I'd figured out "head", but silly Google could have told me "oval" when I searched for "O Head cap screw" ;-)
