pplaut
Hi- I have, what I believe to be, the original 16" steel artillery wheels for the 36 Buick Model 48. I want to replace them with a different bolt pattern and the only replacements I can find are 15" and 17" rims. The problem is the tires I want are only available in 16".. Does anyone know where I can find a multi bolt pattern 16: steel artillery wheel? Should I go 15 or 17 if I must make a decision here? This would require me to compromise on my tire choice.. pplaut
Mark-up thanks! I have the originals. I put a new modern suspension on the car. I need modern 16" wheels. I found 15 and 17. I got a quote for 350 a rim for reman custom rim. I'm going with 15" and a taller sidewall.
amphigill
Why don't you have the axles redrilled to fit your original wheels?
