Port to port is the rule of the sea, as in LHD vehicles. Don't know why but jet boats are usually LHD and outboards RHD.

Restorer32
Once drove a RHD Rolls backwards thru our local bank's drive thru, much to their astonishment.

Most jet boats use a foot feed throttle, outboards and sterndrives use hand controls. Most people are right handed.

I lived in a semi rural area near the city and the postie was a private contractor and for a time she drove a LHD US Bronco 2 but that was not the norm, she usually drove a Nissan Patrol even though 4WD was not needed . Most city suburban deliveries are done by bicycle or motorcycle. The rural posties just use a regular van. Some thing like this which is a Toyota HiAce - - or a pickup - The whole idea of delivering from the 'wrong' side of the road doesn't seem to be a problem - It would seem that in England they use a standard type of van -
Guest
I drove a 1902 and a 1903 Olds, RHD with a tiller. Each one in a 60 mile rally on public roads and then back again of course. JamesBulldogMiller55Buick
A friend that owns a '39 Rolls RHD and a '52 Bentley RHD occasionally lets me drive those. Interestingly, the four speed manual shift is to the right of the driver's seat. Between the door and seat. the hand brake too, is along the right side of the car
