nzcarnerd
Pick up truck of some sort? Not too old? Maybe '60s/'70s like the one in the background?
oily rag
The rear motor mounts bolts to the frame rails. The master cylinder was under the floor. The heavy cast mount throws me off, there is a spring hanger just forward and under them. Dual side mounts ? 1930s 40s IH ?

I am going with 1937 Dodge Brothers 1/2 ton pickup frame since it only has one sidemount bracket (on the passenger side).... keiser31
This 1936 DB frame looks to be the same, too....you can see the sidemount bracket holder just behind the front wheel....
Brass is Best
I think it may be a late 20's early 30's car frame. Look at the front bumper mounts. There are some Chrysler and General Motors cars which had passenger side only side mounts during this time. It is also possible the driver side side mount bracket has been removed. If you look closer, you will see the same frame ends on this 1936 DB truck....I'm stickin' with 1936-37 DB truck frame. Look at the running board brackets, too. All of the cross members match, too. keiser31
Check the number on the frame rail, just above the front driver's side, leaf spring shackle. Edited January 28, 2017 by keiser31 (see edit history)
keiser31
I went ahead and posted this thread in the Dodge Truck section of this forum to get a verification. Edited January 28, 2017 by keiser31 (see edit history)
keiser31
A Dodge truck guy in the Dodge truck section verified it as a 1936 DB truck frame. He would know.

HEY I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS THING THAT REALLY LOOKS LIKE IT SO IF IT IS 1936 DB TRUCK FRAME AND IT IS REALLY IN MINT CONDITION ALMOST LIKE IT WAS NEVER USED WHAT WOULD IT BE WORTH TO SOMEONE DOING A RESTORATION
keiser31
Depending on your location, that will sometimes determine how much it is worth to them. I would think $100.00 to $300.00, maybe, but just a guess. It certainly does look like a pretty clean frame.
