Bill Jewell
Can one of you kind folks tell me what the fluid capacity is for a 1930 Franklin Transmission? Also, what is the proper weight that should be used for the transmission fluid? Thanks for the help! Bill
mikewest
Bill Look on the side of the transmission for a pipe plug (Usually with a square head) take it out and fill until the oil just drips out . I buy 180 WT at a tractor supply store. The 90 wt sold at most auto parts store is too light weight.
