Very little rust on the whole car except minor rust on rear panel , left lower cowl , and the water trough around the rumble seat opening has pin holes. Wood is good except at the rear panel and behind the drivers seat upper tack strip. Yes it is a president and I have the history and serial numbers going back 50 years.
