STAYGOLD
Hello, Trying to tie this part to an actual car or truck, if possible. It is quite heavy for it's size. It's about 6 1/2" wide around it fits over the tire, and about 3" wide across the top. It is solid brass that is nickel plated and is stamped with a part number of 217126. Any leads would be great. Thanks for your help.

keiser31
For some reason, 1931 Buick comes to mind. Edited January 12, 2017 by keiser31 (see edit history)

F&J
...I might have seen the same shape on a 32 Olds..so I found this poor pic on a thread here on aaca. Could these fit more GM cars, or even other non-GM? ...and does the curve get changed for a larger series car with fatter tires?
keiser31
If it does fit the Buick, it probably does fit other GM cars.
