shelbyone
hello tc community and a happy new 2k17! noticed coolant loss but no visible leak in engine compartment / under car. when car is in normal operating temp range and heater on 100% it is warm but not hot and a slight smell of warm coolant...when blowing cold air, no smell at all...and no wet spots on passenger side underneath dash...checked oil, no visible sign of contamination. still I believe its the heater core...if thats the case, is it really vital to remove the seats? any way to get to the core without removing entire dash?! Lawteachr
Have you checked the heater control valve in the engine compartment, on my 1989 Turbo it is under the battery tray.

Hemi Dude
If you want to struggle more, in the tight confines of the interior of the car, leave the seats in. I have done it with the seats in the car.
