Hey! Come on.... well it's not really a Buick

I liked the ride in the '52 Super posted here a couple of days ago and I have been trying to get my Son to do some parodies of car shows with me. I made a small break through yesterday on the "Take a ride" theme. The car is my '94 Impala SS. I had two '94 Roadmasters before I bought it. The Impala is pretty much the same car; a little stiffer sprung, and a tighter gear ratio, but close. The car is completely stock and old fart owned.

The towns are Albion and Holley, New York. We crossed the Erie Canal three times and went under the New York Central Rail Road.

He said he might do another if I didn't embarrass him.

Your low bridge reminded me of a similar tight squeeze (and behavior). Back in my younger days, we used to cruise down Liberty Boulevard in Cleveland quite a bit.  It was a turn of the (19th to 20th) century winding 4-lane park road spanned by stone arch bridges of the same vintage.  Every time you went under one of those bridges the lanes went to about 8' wide and there was a general call for "Arms in!".  Many was the time I'd fly under one of those bridges at about 50 mph with one finger on the wheel and a beer in the other hand, about 2" from the car in the next lane (or oncoming traffic).

Of course, it's neither Liberty Boulevard nor 4-lane anymore.  An abundance of caution has turned it into two lanes, and it's called Martin Luther King Drive.
