lump
Looks like a Morris-Cowley "Bull nose" Matchbox car I had when I was a kid in the 60's.
dictator27
Looks like a very early Cowley (1919-1920), judging from the small tires and headlights. Terry
Casper Friederich
Three-lamp Cowley, cheaper model than the Oxford. Also narrower tyres and simpler windshield. Made from 1920 onwards. At least Lagonda also produced a three-lamp version in the early 1920s. http://morrisregister.co.uk/2026cowley/ Edited December 11, 2016 by Casper Friederich (see edit history)
HuntzNSam
Thanks to this thread I was able to impress the Missus (well, myself mostly) by identifying Rev Playfair's car, "That's a Morris Cowley!" whilst watching "The Quiet Man" for the umpteenth time. Thanks for the education AACA! http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_872467-Morris-Cowley-1923.html Huntz
