Value of nice 1985 Riviera coupe? Unusual gold color

Recommended Posts

Congrats on your new Eldorado, John ... LOVE  that color.

As for the 1985 Buick Riviera ... a cousin in PA had a gray version ... & I must say, I LOVE that gold FAR better.  My goodness that is GORGEOUS.  Course, I prefer browns-tans-golds ... earth tones.  I'm not much into the FWD Rivs, but that gold one ... if I had the $, I might consider it.

Thanks, Cort.

For the patient buyer, there are MANY interesting

old cars for sale.  If one is priced too high, there will

always be another.  Sometimes cars catch my eye

even when I wasn't specifically looking for that model.

Even though I'd like to, I can't own them all!

Hope this gold 1985 Riv finds an appreciative home.

Yes, like this IMPECCABLE '73 Eldo'   Better than new? Just don't see these anymore.

I saw that nice black one recently, but it's for sale

by a dealer who has it 'way overpriced.

My philosophy above:  "If one is priced too high,

there will always be another!"

For some reason I like "carriage roofs" (half vinyl roofs) on

Eldorados of this vintage better, instead of full vinyl roofs.

I'll bet that full roof cover makes one quiet, peaceful ride   ^_^

I think I found my retirement model.

I hope so, too!

& ... oh my gosh ... I'm living that "Even though I'd like to I can't own them all!" ... I would trade THAT desire if I could just DRIVE them ... if that makes sense. ;)

You are welcome!
