This is the limited production, souvenir license plate from the 2003 BCA Buick Centennial Meet in Flint. It is one of a limited edition of 300 made, and was completely sold out at the show. It is on heavy metal (not aluminum), and is the size of a standard vehicle license plate. I purchased it at the BCA meet, and have stored it ever since. As noted, this plate was never mounted on a car, and is in very good condition. There two or three very small blems (perhaps specks of dust) in the black background color. I couldn't get them to show up in the photos. These were probably part of the production process, and aren't visible from a few feet away. The price is now REDUCED from $75, plus the actual cost of shipping....TO $65, plus the shipping Thanks for looking.
