HRP Posted October 21, 2016 Share Posted October 21, 2016 Have a 1991 Reatta convertible which was purchased new. Recently the cruise control stopped working. I would appreciate a simple outline as to how to trouble shoot this problem. Please keep it simple and a Mickey Mouse step by step guide would be great. Thanks. There is a line that runs straight back toward the firewall ....it has a plastic check valve on the end and that "T" to the passanger side and to the cruise. It is pretty common for this check valve to come apart. Also look for cracked or broken rubber lines.... last check the vacuum dump switch on the brake pedal. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
