1964 Dual Quad Riviera - $18k (CDN?)

https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/winnipeg/1964-buick-riviera/1669304340

This rare Riviera is one of only 2133 units sold with the upgraded 7 liter Wildcat engine in 1964. Great first restoration car. Needs some body work and a bit of TLC. No creaks when opening doors or trunk. Was running when parked several years ago. Battery is very dead. Selling on behalf of mother in law. Car is in Winnipeg but I am in Calgary. Once I have a few interested buyers I'll fly out to show the car in order of response.

I hate how you can't see anything without a Facebook account. So much stuff on marketplace that I can't shop or buy. But I refuse to accept the terms and conditions of Facebook.

I read the description of the origin of this car. It was repainted this blue from the original “Charcoal gray.” Would Buick have put a white top on a gray car?

If you use Search Tempest, you can search and view FB Marketplace listings within distance radius you select. If you want to contact the seller, you'll have to go through someone who has an account. Since this car appears to have been posted in the ROA group, it wouldn't come up on Marketplace unless seller listed it there as well. I am not on FB either and amazingly get through life just fine. LOL  😁

That screams scam to me.
100% original 😂😂😂😂

Me too. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I'm a dumb old lady selling car because husband died. Take advantage of me and click Buy It Now and send $1000 deposit.

She could avoid hassle of ebay, park the car on the street with a for sale sign and sell it fast for that price. 🤔

Well, either that's not the original engine, or it was repainted in the incorrect color (should be silver).  If the engine has been painted, then what else is not original paint?  Of course the road wheels are not 'original' to the car either...

1971 Buick Riviera (2 door), I have owned since 1982 she has been garaged for the last 30+ years. I restored her back in 1987 and put on approximately 100 miles a year, if that. Original 455 4 barrel engine, the transmission was rebuilt in '87 as was a valve job. Stainless steel exhaust, a/c, electric windows, Buick wheels, custom stereo ( I have the original one), just time to let her go. Serious inquiries only,
