1968 Buick Riviera,

The back bumper looks a little tweeked in the center. It would be nice to see some interior photos of this one.

I don’t think anyone has mentioned this bamboo 64 on eBay. Wow, if I didn’t already have one, this would be speaking to me! Really nice.

This dropped off eBay before the time limit. It was at $18,000 with a couple days to go. So somebody must have made an offer that sealed the deal early.

That's a pretty car. I have not seen triple stripe red wall tires before.

Kick the can

Still has the mystery toggle switch.

Nothin else was changed, either.

I fail to see the “power locks” or “power seat” switches.

Hope it does well.

I emailed Hemmings about the "misleading" info on the power locks and power seat.  I'll let you know when, or if, I hear back from them.

Keep in mind that if you purchase a convertiblevthat most of the interior parts are different than those of a coupe.  Lots of vinyl where the coupe used velour.  The back seat and rear arm rests were custom made for the convertibles; again, no interchange with the coupe.  There's a really good site on the web that shows how a new coupe was shipped to ASC where a sawzall was taken to the roof and the conversion was begun.  Great cars, especially for this price if it's all good, but keep in mind there are no parts cars from which to salvage parts.  The only thing worse is the '83 Twentieth Anniversary XX edition. Fewer made and even more unique parts.
