Rivieras and Riviera parts for sale on local Craigslist, eBay, etc.

If you open all the photos, the first one shows the Riviera script on the fenders, but the rest of the photos shows them missing.  According to the seller, the car had rust repair and they weren't put back on after the paint job.  He still has the scripts.  I have never seen rust go that far up on a fender.  The engine compartment looks mostly unmolested.

There is another one on Dallas Craigs List that looks very solid but I am having issues trying to post the link.

Here is the link to the Dallas riviera. What's with seat covers?

Low options.  No tilt, no air, it does have power windows.  Seat covers are ??????.  Big crease in the passenger's side front fender.  LOTS of work to do to make it really nice.  With that much to do on a low optioned car, the price seems too high to me.

Would go in a '68 just fine....

Yes, but the rest of it is too far gone. No way this car was a California car all it's life. Way too much rust.

1967 on Kansas City CL.

This one might be worth the trip.  Needs some TLC but for $2,500 it can't be beat.  Seller says it runs and drives.  Buckets, floor shift console, and some butt ugly wheels.

100% rust free 1964 Buick Riviera, it has never had any rust anywhere since new!
A local customer asked to make the headlights stationary under the tips of the fenders so to speak and install a 1965 Riviera grill also. So unlike a 1965 Riviera the chrome covers don’t open. It has a clean look, just like the 1965 Riviera.

We had the Riviera 30 years ago, it was beige (terrible color) at that point and 100% original and untouched. The car has never had one speck of rust since new.
Everything on the car has been rebuilt, the front end, brakes, engine (401 Nailhead V8), transmission, new paint, new interior, new dash pad, new tires, new exhaust, some new chrome and the rest is excellent, and on and on.
Of course the carburetor, radiator, water pump, fuel pump and on have been rebuilt or replaced.

We are selling the Buick for $29.500.

Hmmm.  One of the rare ones, maybe the only one in existence.  A 1964 Riviera with a 401.  Wow.  Wonder where the 64 wheel covers went and where did these come from.

Here are a few items we have found while testing the car:

  • Power antenna goes up easily, slips going down.
  • Original Radio does not work
  • The heating system does not blow warm air, we suspect the hot water valve is not opening, the vacuum line going to it does not have vacuum.
  • The A/C compressor kicks on properly when called for, but I am unable to tell if its truly blowing cold.
  • The transmission is seeping fluid.
  • All lights and hideaway headlights working properly.
  • Windshield wipers work, washers do not.
  • Tires are older, new owner should plan on purchasing new tires
  • Currently RI safety inspected until July 2019
  • Transmission indicator not working
  • There is a molding on the dashboard missing.
  • Heater and A/C dashboard controls seem to be operating correctly.
  • All gauges appear to be working.
  • Sometimes the drivers interior door handle to exit the car doesn’t work.  Will need an adjustment.  When this happens I use the rear passenger exit handle.
  • Power windows:  Drivers quarter does not work.  Drivers work good.  Passenger works from drivers control down, not up.  Passenger control controls both up and down.  Passenger quarter works from drivers door.  With all the windows, you can see all the motors “faintly clicking”, so it would appear all controls are working properly.
  • All interior lights working
  • Drivers seat vinyl is starting to split (see pictures)

Chrome Guidematic sensor? Should that be body color? 4 notes!

Tom Mooney

My 69 showroom binders do not list a guidematic for the 69.  I've seen some Mark III's and Imperials with them mounted outside the car. They were not chrome and were the same color as the body but not sure about this one.  If you look close you will see that the mounting gasket on this one is contoured fit to the fender so the unit sits level.  That is a nice touch.  There is no shot of the dash that shows the switch and the sensitivity adjustment.  I would like to see that.  This car was on ebay once before, maybe a year or two ago.  Nice looking car.

1971 Buick Riviera GS Boat Tail

fuel: gas
odometer: 95000
title status: clean
transmission: automatic

I have a one owner Buick Riviera GS with numbers matching HP 455 Buick Engine..

It is a boat tail and was only made from 1971 - 1973

But to the performance buff, the most appealing option was the GS, or Gran Sport package. Consisting of a high-performance engine, specially calibrated Turbo Hydra-Matic transmission, 3.42:1 positive traction differential, heavy-duty suspension, and H78-15-bias-belted white sidewall tires, it was a bargain at $200.

Modifications to the GS engine included larger valves, and a high-lift camshaft with three degrees more duration on intake, resulting in a horsepower
increase from 315 to 330.

Car is a Southwest car so rust out is absent. Car has been stored for almost 20 years.

Full documentation including original dog tag provided by GM to the original owner. Have all service records to the day it was parked.

Power everything, center console shift, leather and AC.

Everything is there for a restoration. Two extra factory rims and more.

Email for details and pictures/video of car running and moving.

Please only reach out if your serious and are ready for a great deal!

Interesting car. It has some interesting options: the wood wheel, cruise, tilt, power windows, power seat,  cast wheel covers, and rear seat arm rest:  but no a/c and the standard interior..
