Does anybody know what kind of vehicle does this replica represents? Any idea about the year? Brand? Model? Any kind of information ?

Somewhat reminiscent of a thirties Autounion racer but I don't think anybody used duel rear tires.  Once again, some license is involved.

Information on the internet describes this car as a 1939 Auto Union V-16 Type C/D Bergrennwagen.
