When I read your topic in the list, I thought you wanted to buy a 1931 Buick roadster--an entire car. I think that the Buick categories---especially Buick Pre-War-- might give you a better, and more knowledgeable, response. Just scroll down the list of topics on the AACA Forum and you'll see the Buick section. Then post your question there. There are many dedicated Buick owners there, even among the pre-war cars.
