That looks like some hearty coffee!  (Or should I say heart attack coffee?)

Ha ha, actually black beans. Good thing Rita wasn’t riding with me on the trip home next day. But the coffee did come later and in a much smaller cup and about knocked my socks off.

Just about everything on that delicious looking plate would backfire if it were my digestive system.  You da lucky devil Mr. Earl!

January 7th, 2012, my Wife and I went to the wildlife refuge.

And stopped for a healthy lunch.

The stroke came two days later and the heart attack followed that. Once the stitching healed up I have been in better shape than the previous 20 years. Where would I be without those last two slices of pizza.

Marilyn Monroe the most beautiful woman ever. I have looked for years for a picture of her in or on a Buick. Is this the closest I’ll ever get?

No sir, that looks like a flyboy, I was a jarhead.

Just noticed and edited my original post to give credit to the owner of the photo, our own Dave Gelinas, of whom we have not seen here im some time.  :(

Would have given you the credit and thanks had it been you.

The photo is obviously from the era.

The '62 225 six-window is a car I owned about 1987 to 1990. It was my Wife's all time favorite car. When it got to the point of replacement (she got a '69 fleetwood Brougham) I made a 4 door convertible of it and drove it around town another couple of years. I grafted on a '62 Olds convertible windshield frame and had a very convincing boot cover. I thought it would end up in the local junkyard after parting it, but I sold it to a guy who liked it. In turn he sold it to a Buick collector in western Pennsylvania. I am pretty sure the car still exists and would LOVE to find it.

The back glass ended up going to a Buick Club member on Long Island who drove almost to Buffalo to pick it up. He even cut through NYC a picked up a bag of famous bagels for me on the way.

If anyone has seen the car let me know.

If anyone wants a great deal on a bunch of six-window stainless I can make that happen, too!

Bernie

My two wheels before I had four wheels. Of us five kids, all but my oldest brother learned to drive that 56! We had that car a long time!

This one is great therapy - everything I like and I'm betting my old mate Ben AKA First Born will as well.

1950 Buick complete with accessory front fender guards ( which Dylan is casually resting his black and white loafers on ),  a stainless .357 magnum Ruger Security Six with 2 1/2" barrel and ? - oh yeah, Jessica Harper.

Think I might have to buy this movie poster for the shed wall

'50 Buicks make me remember my friend John Utz, long time editor of the lying Lady, Rolls-Royce Owners Club magazine. I was in his basement office and he was going through decades of collected file folders.

"Another picture of a Rolls-Royce grille!" he said. "Everyone sends a picture of the grille. I couldn't find a rear shot to save my life."

In memory of a good friend, here is Tom Pirrung's car again.

Think how cool this would be if it was a Dynaflow.  But then again, who wants a wet floor?

Good thing it is a sink. Another bathroom fixture would draw out "go with the flow" comments. Sure don't need that.

We cant see how big the drain is.  Perhaps it's  multifunctional.  Drill a couple of holes in a stowable seat to line up with the dowel pins and youd have it made.

Looking at the floor I thought at first, that is a Dynaflow!

Then realised it was the shadow of the unit from the light above. :D
