1962 Olds - data tag or firewall plate

I am trying to locate the time code for my car - 1962 Oldsmobile Dynamic 88 - either on a data tag or firewall plate.

 

However, all I can find is what appears to be the VIN number, on the inside door pillar of the driver's door.

 

Where were these usually installed for this year and model Oldsmobile?

If you open the hood, it should be on the driver's side, on the horizontal part of the cowl, below the wiper transmission. Just above the Style number there will be an alphanumeric code. First two numbers are the month, letter is for the week of the month.
