Povertycove Posted July 8, 2016 Share Posted July 8, 2016 The crutches for the convertible top on my 31 coupe convertible are painted body color. I have an identical set of crutches (the "rests" for the bows, that sit on the rear deck) for my 27 boattail that are chrome. I like the way the chrome crutches look, but wonder if the painted ones on the 31 are more correct for 1931. Chrome is correct, I believe, for the series 11B.
