Rochester is about a 2 hour drive West from here on the New York State Thruway (I-90).  The Delco plant, however, has long been abandoned...

Then formation of the new piece with the drilling of holes to point the piece as at the origin

Then application of primer inside the piece

Then after applying phosphate, application of white primer before putting in place the new piece

Good evening everyone, here is the rest of the work.
So after finishing the small details and sanding everything, I painted the location of the hinges so that it was painted behind the hinges when reassembled
