1934 v8 choke rod assembly

I have a 1934 v8 ford tudor. There is no choke knob or hardware for attaching it, just a bare hole in the dash where it should go. I have check many suppliers and some sell the choke knob, the choke rod and a connecting tub which they say I need two and also a grommet that I assume goes into the dash.. but I am not sure what hardware is needed to install the choke into my dash. Does anyone have a drawing or info on this.
