Casa de Petrol was part of Martin Pollard's chain of dealerships in the San Fernando Valley. It was next to Casa de Cadillac and Casa de Cascade, an upscale car wash. He also had Martin Pollard Chevrolet, later Pollard Ravenscroft then Pollard Whitman Robb. I believe they're still in business

Ah those were the day's when someone actually filled your car up, washed your windshields and serviced under the hood! Oh and also put a Tiger in your tank!

And I believe that before it was Casa de Cadillac it was Don Lee Cadillac.  I lived 2 blocks from there (in the mid 1940's).
