This is the Best Picture I have taken of my 1988 Buick Reatta before it broke down on me about 2 years ago. I've been having some electrical issues with it for a while so as of right now I got it sitting at a mechanic shop. they just replaced the starter on it for the sencond time, the speedometer doesn't turn on sometimes I don't know why but the car is back up and running. I cracked the 20" rims you see on this picture so I just purchased a new set of 18" aftermarket rims and tires. I had also lost all the keys for it 🤕 so I bought a new ignition cylinder & new locks for the doors. Sadly since it has been sitting in my driveway for almost 2 years 😞 the clear coat has pealed off on certain areas but the car still looks stunning. I will keep you guys updated and post new pictures of it as soon as I get chance to put the new rims on it.

Nice looking car!   That is the first Reatta I've seen with the license plate mounted on the side of the bumper.  I like the wheels. Does it ride rough with those extremely low profile tires?

It got up to 90 today. Was nice for a change. I realized I didn’t take pictures of any of the other cars there. But that’s one of the four propellers from the SS United States. The liner that still holds the fastest time across the Atlantic from NY to Liverpool, both ways.

Nice looking car. What size wheels are on it and what did you use for a spoiler?

Thank you. They Are 18" American Racing wheels and the spoiler is Unknown, the wheels fit perfectly no rubbing or turning issues and not too rough, the ones that it had before were 20" rims and they used to give me too many issues. I also have 3" spacers on them to make the wheels stick out and they look great.

Yes they Used to ride Very Rough lol, Specially since I live in South East Texas, Near Beaumont and our Roads are just Terrible, I didn't really want to use the front license plate but since I live in Texas I'm practically forced to so I thought the side bumper would look really nice & it does, thank you for the compliment.

1988 Buick/ASC pre-production transparency images.

I just purchased a 7 piece lot of large format GM transparencies of what appears to be the pre-production 1988 Reatta.

I am not sure if any of these images were used in Buick advertising or if these were design studies.

The transparencies range in size from 8" x 10" to 4.5" x 3.5".

Images are slightly watermarked to discourage illegal re-posting.

Showed my Reatta at the AACA Hershey show this past Oct, 2021.  Won the 1st Jr. award and was pleasantly surprised that the car was nominate20211018_172143.jpg.8ff34c4343b5a8a964f19aa7b824493a.jpgd for a National award.  I had to take a few photos to send in for the committee to review - here is one of them.
