1916 Reo Touring Car

Recommended Posts

1916 REO Model M, large 7 passenger touring car. 126 inch wheelbase and 307 CID 6 cylinder. Always a southern CA car. I have owned for over 25 years. Never neglected.
Unique one year body style with curved sides and pullman front seats. Bare metal, body off, frame up restoration. Needs only interior, top and tires to complete. Restored with focus on authenticity except aluminum pistons and high speed gears. Receipts and photos. Driven over 400 miles since reassembly. Seeking $20K and a buyer who will appreciate car and its history. Have all parts, seat springs, top sockets etc.

That looks exactly like the model REO I saw back in the east San Diego area back in the 1970s.

This is a beautiful car at a very good price. I'm completely car-full - otherwise I'd be seriously looking at this one.
