Guest
I have a 48 continental that is original.I have found the colum ,shifter, parking brake lever (when cleaned) were a dark maroon purple red. Is this factory ? Is it to go along with the redish knobs and wheel ? Is there any other parts painted this way? It's hard to tell with the condition it is in .Thanks
Rolf
Hi Scott, yes as I remember all postwars had the maroon knobs and plastics, I dis-remember what the Dash was, I think it was a dark woodgrain, and I am struggling with the woodgrain on my '41 Zephyr as we speak, if you come up with any good info sources, let us know, good luck
