Guest Posted March 26, 2002 Share Posted March 26, 2002 Restoration was started -- A restoration company did all the work they replaced the straight eight with a 350 out of a Buick , and the manual transmission with the auto transmission out of the Buick.<BR>They removed the body from the frame, sand blasted everything Painted the under carriage black and primed the body and put it back on the frame. I had them stop after spending about $6,000 I told them to stop that I couldn’t afford any more. I’ve had it stored inside all the time after that. Will sell for $1,200.
