dei
While out today met a friend who said he saw an "old" Buick at a garage close by. Since it was close drove in and while I don't know every car in my area, went in to inquire about it and can say I've never seen it before. It made me think of you Mr Earl and thought I'd share. She's not for sale, just being serviced but looks in great shape and stock inside. If you look close it even has the air conditioning tubes in the rear deck. Not sure the two tone paint on the hood is quite correct.... to me it is one nice looking '54 Buick Super 2 door hardtop. Enjoy.
MrEarl
Well it was really of you to think of me Doug. Looks like a nice condition Super with a "custom" paint job. Thanks for sharing.
Fr. Buick
Love the colors, but don't care for the hood. Hey, it's on the road and running! We would be happy to hear from the owner, especially if it is an AC car...
dei
I'm looking forward to talking with the owner too. There are three nightly cruise-ins a week plus weekend car shows around here so expect to see it at some point as once my Buick is on the road, will be exercising her some too since it has been 10 years off the road. Some of the questions we be, "What's the story on your car?", "Are you a member of the BCA?" and "Do you know about the Buick Celebration in Allentown?" With preparing for about 3 inches of snow tonight, things are not starting up just yet but will keep you posted.

TxBuicks
I don't see any air intake scoops on the rear fenders. Were they supposed to be there on A/C Buicks in 1954, or am I mistaken?

Thais car's AC must have been an added on, later
