I have a pair of new in the box tear drop skirts that I bought for my 39 Buick about 22 + years ago, they are really nice and good looking!!

I just never got them painted!    "BUT"  they are fiberglass = no rust and gorgeous    300.00 dollar range if interested   Stormin Norm

I bought a pair of new steel tear drop fender skirts for my Packard from Big Jims Fender Skirts. You can find them on the web. Excellent product. They came already primed. They were less money than NOS skirts.

Used old is better still.

Going to hold out awhile and hope to find a set - steel used.
