Guest Posted September 10, 2000 Share Posted September 10, 2000 I have a model 53 erskine that is a 1930. I am looking for someone that can restore an original gas tank that I have. I am not really interested in the places that coat the inside with a liner if I can help it. The tank is not in bad shape considering age. It has a few pin hole spots (about a 1/2 dozen) and is not full of rust but does have stuff in the tank. I assume its probably old gas. However there is no liquid in the tank as it was drained many years ago. I am sure someone out there know someone who is very familiar and can repair these tanks.
