Guest Awini Posted June 15, 2001 Share Posted June 15, 2001 i have found a 1940 caddy saloon but it has a perkins diesel engine, the original v8 cannot be located,the trip is quite complete and the body is sound,the car is right hand drive, did cadillac make RHD cars as late as 1940? or could this too be a conversion? and will a post war engine from a 1948/49 cadillac fit the 1940 car?<BR>thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
