1930 LaSalle conv. coupe needs doors.

I am in the beginning stages of a restoration on a 1930 LaSalle conv. coupe. I need the doors or someone to help me with measurements and patterns to build a pair. Could also use the bake-lite switches for the center of the steering wheel. Does anyone have a source for new top rests? Also could use one 18" wire wheel.
