I noticed that the shafts connected to the steering box, only has linkage to the spark control. 22touring Posted September 30, 2015 Share Posted September 30, 2015 (edited) It's a throttle lever, Gary. It is supposed to connect to the throttle linkage going to the carburetor. GaryP65 Posted October 1, 2015 Author Share Posted October 1, 2015 Ok got the carb to stop leaking. Rigged a new temp linkage (found a link in home deport for the throttle lever connection). Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to connect a new short rod. There is a link that I think is missing something but not sure. 22, or anyone, I circled the photo you sent of the piece I'm concerned about. If I can get a better description or photo, that would be very helpful.FYI, now that I have a decent gas flow, I FINALLY heard that familiar pop of gas exploding in the cylinder.
