Guest Richard Gallatin
1950-1951 Bullet Nose Studebakers get their due. "Which way is it going?”
rocketraider
Made no difference which way it was going. It was still one of the most startlingly new and beautiful designs ever, leading into the magnificent 1953 carline.

rocketraider
Don't get me wrong, the 48-49 and 52 are handsome cars in their own right, but don't have the "presence" of a Bullet-nose. They look- dare I say it?- "conventional".
smithbrother
They were cool, I loved my 53 post coupe with the Caddy V8 I installed it it. Red with White top, FAST TOOOOOOOOO! At one time my mother's family had 3-generations of Miller's working in the Stude plant, and was featured on the cover of a national mag, I still have my copy Mother's brother S.R. Miller had a huge collection of Stude stuff in his Elkhart muesuem. Dale in Indy
