Guest Richard Gallatin
A brief tribute to 1959-1963 Larks, the cars that should have saved Studebaker but lost their momentum against Corvair, Falcon and Valiant.

Rusty_OToole
My favorite Lark quote. Popular Mechanics used to road test cars and also survey owners to get their opinion of their new car. One of the questions was "why did you buy this particular car". One guy replied that he bought the Lark because he wanted a smaller, more economical car but didn't want to be classed with the foreign car drivers in their black rimmed glasses and screwball hats ha ha ha ha ha.
