However I may consider separation if their is enough individual interest! I would appreciate your best offer please. I can provide More detailed pictures at your request! Thank you

I have another it is a "Dodge 6" with chromed/Nickel wings with Blue Glass Not Pictured. I think that's a 28-29?

A "Dodge 6" with chromed/Nickel wings with Blue Glass"...Are you referring to your item labeled Photo 9 - which IS pictured ?  If so, I think you are correct, it is from a 1929-30 DA. I believe originally it was copper with the blue/black Cloisonne (see the beat up one on my car). So what you have pictured there is a highly unoriginal "hotrodded" version of a 1929-30 DA emblem.  Essentially this has been ruined and is virtually worthless. That said, actually I love it, you did some amazing work and any time you are ready to part with it, let me know.  (I hope you know I am kidding you about ruining it!)

EDIT-  Sorry, I get it now. You actually have two 1929 DA badges: 1) Photo 9 restored (no mount) pictured and  2) "Photo 8" (not shown) of an unrestored badge with a mount. Can you show the unrestored one-front and back?

On second thought, the one without mounts may not be worth much. Try mounting that to the radiator without the posts- tough action. (epoxy, maybe?). Better yet, try adding posts after the cloisonne is done. No way to solder new posts on now without ruining the chrome and all your fine work. This may be an item best suited to someone collecting badges rather than installing them on a car.

Nice!  I have only seen a nickel plated emblems never a copper emblem. My last 30 emblem off my car was nickel also. The Dodge six I have is used and one is restored without the retainer. I have seen emblems held on with double sided tape. I have had one on my jeep for 15 years and its tested tuff! I think solder would hold without affecting the nickel. I will leave that up to the future owner of these.

I am pretty certain that the "Dodge 6" emblem that Dr. Joe refers to as originally being "copper" is supposed to be plated. All of the emblems were copper plated prior to the chrome plating and most have the chrome worn off down to the copper.

I agree. I think that was the only year for the copper emblem on the passenger cars.

Hello all,

I have had this old emblem around for as long as i can remember. I cant seem to find what year and model it was off of. Also an aproximate value would be nice to know. It looks like it is stamped on the back with Gus Fox CO......now i coukd be wrong but is that Gustave Fox CO? Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I have seen a few above of this exact emblem on a 1930..but is that the only one that this emblem was used on? Id like to know the value so i can price it vorrectly to pass on to somebody qho could use it and get it back on the road...

I’m new to this site and was wondering if you still have the winged Dodge trunk emblem that appears to be for a 1936?  If so, is it for sale? Thank you!

Why in the world are you encouraging 30dodgedd6 to use this site as an ebay auction?  The site is supposed to be about maintaining and restoring DB cars, not making a bunch of money off of emblems and incessantly and repetitively posting in order to do so.  This shows a serious lack of class and good judgment, IMHO.
