Guest 1930 REO SPEEDWAGON
Hello, I have a 1930 REO Speedwagon that has been in the family from the 30's. (I have the original 1936 certificate of ownership) (Pictures are of the vehicle for sale) (Pictures are from the 70's)The vehicle looks mostly complete, however it has also been mostly disassembled. The truck was sitting at my great-grandfathers property in northern California until his death in the 70's(pictured). My uncle then inherited the truck and took it to the bay area where he disassembled it to restore it. He never began the restoration. My uncle passed away recently and now I have become the owner of this antique automobile.I have no intentions of restoring this truck, so I plan to sell it either in a lump(buyer takes all) or in individual pieces. I will entertain offers either way.No the truck does not run, I do not know the last time it ran, It has been stored mostly outside(RUSTY) with the exception of the parts taken off that have been stored in a closed garage. Some parts ARE MISSING (I dont know which parts I DONT have, I only know the parts I DO have) There are many great parts that I'm sure are hard to find nowadays. (I have not cataloged all the parts yet so response time may be delayed) Some of the great parts included:BodyDoorsEngineTransCarbCopper radiatorAxlesWheelsHoodBumperOriginal license platesHeadlightsStop lampsSpeedwagon logosLOTS MORE!Please email me with any parts requests and I will be able let you know If I have them. If you are interested in the whole lot, we can discuss meeting in San Diego in person. Priority goes to anyone interested in the lump. I am looking for $1600 firm for the entire lot. I will not negotiate that price as i'm sure I can get more than that by selling individual pieces. I will not coordinate shipping entire car or large freight items out of state. If you coordinate it, I will allow it after payment is recieved.-Chris EMAIL: unrulyp (at) hotmail (dot) comCell: 619-992- zero one zero six (Please observe time differences if calling/texting. Guest 1930 REO SPEEDWAGON
Great parts vehicle. Agreed Mikewest. Do you know of a better location to advertise these parts for sale? I know there must be people out there that want them. I just can't seem to find the best way to reach them. -Chris
