Obviously, you need to find someone in Dallas. The Dallas Public Library used to keep a list of car club contacts. You might give them a call to ask for some names you could call.
Another possible source of information might be Phil Compton at Magrathea, Inc. They service Rolls Royce Motorcars. Some of the cars in his shop look like limo's to me. Perhaps he can give you some leads. Phil's phone is 972-783-6842.
The reason why you don't get a lot of response from people who are anxious to participate in your wedding is largely a liability issue. Generally speaking, most car collectors love sharing their cars, but very few want to be the target of a lawsuit. You see, most of us who collect old cars have restricted antique auto insurance. It is much cheaper than regular auto insurance, but among other restrictions, it usually prohibits us from renting our cars.
If the unthinkable happened on the way to your wedding, you (and your host driver) would want to have full insurance coverage. Who ever you get to drive you, be sure they are properly insured.
