Guest
I am deisgning the set for Crazy for You, a 1930's Gershwin musical at the University of Illinois. In the show there is a period limo that needs to travel across stage. Since the limo needs to be danced on (cant use a real one) I plan to make something that resembles a real one. If anyone knows where I can get detailed pictures of panels and/or exterior body parts, or copies from an original manual, I would be very appreciative. Mark Huston
Here is a link to a 1930 Cadillac Town Car http://www.chicagovintage.com/gallery/main.asp?MAKE=Cadillac&ID=42
This car is located in Chicago and availiable for viewing by appointment. Since you are at the University of Illinois you might want to contact Chicago Vintage Motor Carriage and make an appointment to see the car. You can take detailed pictures for your prop construction.
